As an Australian consumer, you're protected by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). This page outlines your rights when purchasing products from us.
Consumer Guarantees
Under the Australian Consumer Law, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. These include:
- Products must be of acceptable quality
- Products must be fit for their disclosed purpose
- Products must match their description
- Products must match any sample or demonstration model
Your Rights
If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you're entitled to:
- A refund or replacement for a major failure
- Compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
- Have the goods repaired or replaced if the failure doesn't amount to a major failure
What is a Major Failure?
A major failure occurs when:
- The product would not have been acquired by a reasonable consumer
- The product is substantially unfit for its purpose and cannot be easily fixed
- The product is unsafe
Making a Claim
If you believe a product doesn't meet a consumer guarantee, please contact us immediately. We'll work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with your rights under the ACL. You may need to provide proof of purchase and details about the issue.
