Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you have automatic consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. Our products come with guarantees that they are of acceptable quality, fit for their disclosed purpose, and match their description. If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you're entitled to remedies including repair, replacement, or refund. For more information, see our Consumer Rights page.
Voluntary Returns
In addition to your rights under the ACL, you may return products within 30 days of purchase for a change of mind, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Products must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them. This policy does not affect your rights under the ACL.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at request@graxylonbriz.world with your order details. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorisation number. For returns under the ACL, please contact us immediately so we can assist you with your rights.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days for change of mind returns. For returns under the ACL, refunds will be processed in accordance with your rights under the law.
Return Shipping Costs
For change of mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order. For returns under the ACL due to a major failure, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made products and products that have been used or damaged may not be eligible for change of mind returns. However, this does not affect your rights under the ACL. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.
